I have had amazing experiences with the Chiltern Physiotherapy team! Following a bad ankle sprain last year I was recommended getting physio after months of pain and discomfort. I recently had a block of sessions with the lovely Georgia and quickly noticed results, and doing the exercises she gave made a big difference. I am starting to exercise again which at one point seemed like a long way away! She recommended I had some orthotics moulded to my feet which Chiltern Physio also did. I wear them everyday which will prevent injury going forwards. I also just had an amazing back massage with Joel, so easy to chat to and felt very comfortable and relaxed. I can notice the difference with my back straight away, will go again when needed! The team are all so lovely and accommodating and I couldnt recommend them more!

Have been referred for physio for my injury, highly recommended! Excellent service Georgie was highly knowledgeable and treatment was very effective
