        I visited Chorleywood Eye Centre three weeks ago after a disturbing hospital appointment. Ali was so patient and reassuring and gave me possibly the best eye examination I have had. This resulted in new glasses and new contact lenses. The range of frames was excellent and the speed at which the glasses were ready couldnt be faulted. I have nothing but praise for the service I received and particularly for the professionalism of Ali.

        I cannot praise the Chorleywood Eye Centre highly enough. Having had an underwhelming experience at Spec Savers, I had decided to try an independent optician. In summary, it costs more (of course it does!) but the quality of service and product more than make up for the additional cost. The service provided by Ali was great from the moment I walked in on spec to make an appointment. He listened, understood and responded to my needs in a personal way. The eye exam was as thorough as the main stream Opticians but with an added personal dimension. The real difference is in the explanation provided and the reasons why my previous prescription did not suite me. The range of lenses available, tailored to my specific needs, has been transformational for me. The glasses were delivered at least a week ahead of the original date provided and I now have a lens that works for distance, close up and all stops between with much more ease than my previous varifocals.
