140 Advanced Combat Moves is a brilliant second part to 140 combat moves. There are some more complex moves here and like in the first dvd they are professionally shown. The 4 dvds cover a large area of different techniques and is well worth buying.

This is an excellent set of DVDs that has helped me immensely in my training. I think the best part is the way they break everything down and explain it all step-by-step so you know exactly what you're doing and why you're doing it! Highly recommended!

140 Combat Moves delivers what it promises: to teach 140 efficient self-defense moves to ANYONE who needs to escape a dangerous situation ( : even my grandmother has learned a move or two ; ). The well designed demonstrations and visual information its wrapped in eloquent audio explanations that on top of clarifying what it is seen, contemplate all possibilities of action in a clear and understandable way. The cherry on top of the cake is: the audio (narration) advances the viewers second guesses in a clairvoyant kind of way aside knowing what theyre doing, these guys have clearly taught before and explains why the viewer should do as it is explained and not as it might seem to be a better way of action. Congratulations on a fine piece of material.

I got the Get My Black Belt Wado Ryu Karate DVD and it is very professionally produced and impressive. They break everything down for you so you can learn what to do step-by-step. Unlike other DVDs it points out common mistakes that I didn't even realise I was making. I would definitely recommend it for anyone else who is working towards their Wado Ryu Black Belt
