That woman have no idea about customer service, no clue how the charity should work and what is the purpose of this kind a shops.
Each time Im there we end in argument. Shes lying constantly about the prices and her rude approach make you feel unwelcome.
I refused to walk in when shes on duty and many of my friends literally avoiding the shop because of her.
Really dont understand why shes still working there as manager of the shop.
