Purchased one EMU bike on line and assembly was relatively easy but required a call to EMU to finalise the handlebar settings. Wa s o please with the bike purchased a second for my wife - however there were several problems when trying to assemble the bike and EMU immediately determined the fault and arranged for the bike to be collected free of charge. The same bike was delivered a week later and assembly was then strait forward. The customer service was excellent and they should be recommend for their attention to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We damaged the rear light assembly on my wife's Emu bike. I contacted Emu and they responded immediately by offering to send free of charge a replacement wiring kit. My wife loves her Emu bike and also we are impressed with the quick response. Well done Emu Team.

I bought this Emu ebike to celebrate getting the vaccine and finally coming out of lockdown (69 years old). I did a lot of web research and settled on Emu. I have been delighted by the service from Motabitz (Allan and Graeme), Salisbury and from the central Emu sales team. Ben Nurse has been very helpful. I have put on 25lbs in Covid lockdown which I intend to lose. In the week that i have had the bike I have done 50 km up and down the hills around Salisbury (some very steep between Harnham and Coombe Bisset south of the Salisbury Racecourse. I weigh 245 lbs after going for 12 months without regular excercise, and the bike takes me up those hills with ease when I do mild pedalling almost as though I were on a flat. You can adjust the assist level so that you do as much of the work as you feel capable of doing. Perfect solution for me and i am delighted by the bike, by the service, and by the light at the end of the Covid tunnel.

Fabulous electric bike, gets lots of comments from people who all want to know where I bought it. The staff were fantastically helpful and the whole experience of buying and riding the bike has been excellent.
