I drive up every Saturday from Rickmansworth just to buy their sausage rolls. Best sausage rolls I could find! Just be early as they sold out quickly Staff is very friendly and know you by first name after visiting a few times. Great old fashioned service as it used to be!!! Couldn't be more happy! Ps I used to go to Simmons at the other side of the street but their rudeness and messing up orders drove me away to Stratton Bakery!

This is the best bakery in Hertfordshire. Their almond croissants are second to none. Their hygiene is fabulous , nothing is left uncovered on the counter, its all behind glass. The assistants are also lovely, and very careful to change their gloves for whatever theyre doing - I.e handling money is a different pair of gloves to what they used to make filled sandwiches with. Filled me with total confidence. A wonderful experience. Thankyou

Amazing apple pie slice and more Short summary Atmosphere - friendly and welcoming Staff and management - helpful and friendly Kid friendly - yes Menu and range selection - good selection of freshly baked goods and cold foods Recommend to friends and family - yes Cleanliness - yes Note - very popular with the locals recommend going earlier before everything is sold out. My rating system and meaning - 5 = amazing and out of this world - fully recommend you go out of your way to try this place 4 = really really good and would recommend to friends and family if in the area but something missing if changed could have potential to be a 5 star rating. 3 = ok - average place and nothing to write home about 2 = not to my taste and disappointed - will not be returning to this place anytime soon 1 = I dont have any words to describe the disappointment in this place and I have not choice but to give it a one because no stars isnt an option.
