Read my other comment after this one. Someone from Simmons called me to apolegise and sent me a gift cards.
However I have never been back to Simmons.
Since my bad experience I went to Stratton bakery on the other side of the street.
They have THE BEST sausage rolls I had here in the UK.. Their pastries and crumble pies are delicious and they are VERY friendly. After 2 visits they know you by first name.
They made a mistake once and didn't charge for the same Danish the week after. THAT'S customer service!
Not like Simmons, complaining and shouting through the store if you ask for an extra piece of bacon! Or after a couple of times forgetting to put items in the bag still charging after you mention it to them.
