        I had never had micro suction before, but as both of my ears were blocked I needed to get the issue resolved quickly. Nimi fitted me in at short notice. Every thing was explained very clearly and I was constantly reassured and checked on throughout the procedure. Nimi is a very professional, knowledgeable, effective, kind and caring lady and I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
