        Upon entry to the foyer I was met by the stench of cannabis. Not a nice welcome Staff sign said back in 5 minutes all the time as staff sat in back room not on reception. Room was OK but aged.

        The hotel itself was good, clean rooms comfortable bed and a reasonable breakfast. The stay was let down by the fact that we were automatically charged for a third room when my confirmation email clearly shows 2 rooms. The hotel told me to call customer service and they promised me a refund within 4 days. 10 days later no refund and after further calls the refund eventually arrived about 3 weeks after staying.
