        Brilliant! Kate really knows what I need and she knows my personal situation and accommodates that into my programme. Easy going and full of encouragement and support. I workout at home and Kate has programmed my sessions for the equipment I have available. Although Kate is my on line PT, Luke is always there for tips and tutorials via Instagram. Would recommend Bodyreach 100%!

        I am so lucky to have found Luke & Bodyreach, from the very 1st session he made us feel relaxed and motivated! After 3-4 years of being totally inactive, putting on 3 stone, suffering with perimenopause and a bad back, I am now training 3 times a week & can honestly say I feel so much better! Who'd have thought at 50 I would be back on the fitness wheel! I've always done cardio classes over the years & never ever weight trained but with Luke's guidance & expert training, I am getting better & stronger with every session. Love the banter with every session & the music always make for a fun session in the evening.

        Only ten days into the journey so far so will update this a little further along Initial impressions are impressive though - Luke has taken the time to get to know me and my challenges and I look forward to working with him to achieve my goals! UPDATE (Nov 2022) - I've now been working with Luke for four months or so. I'm down in weight, up in muscle and strength, we've had a couple of setbacks with nagging old injuries but Luke has been there every step of the way to help and support me, tailoring workouts to try and address and resolve these old issues (rather than just ignoring them). I'm in the best shape of my life (as he likes to remind me!) and look forward to continuing on our journey together!
