I have found these doctors to actually want to help me to figure out a diagnosis unlike my previous doctors. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely incompetent reception staff, literally diabolical! My grandmother passed away and I was advised to call the reception the next day to ensure the paperwork was sent to the registrar. I called them and they assured me it would be sent by 3pm. So at 3pm I turned up and they gave me all the paperwork before calling an hour later to say they had "forgotten" to scan anything and we needed to return to let them scan it all again....which we did. I then get a call from the registrar the next day saying they had not received any paperwork from Chopwell but she would chase it up. Two hours later the registrar calls to say she had chased them up and had been assured it would be sent before our appointment to register the death bjr she was still waiting two hours later. I eventually had to ring the surgery and demand an explanation at the level of utter lazy incompetence when they finally get the stuff sent. I cant tell if the reception staff are incompetent, lazy or unfeeling. This was a distressing situation made way worse by them. Awful, awful place

I have personally never had a problem. All Drs and Reception staff are lovely! Given my own health I have always found staff to go above and beyond to help me, for which I most certainly cant complain! It is evidently a solid family practice which is also backed by a wonderful team!
