Moorland Green, Chopwell - Gleeson Homes

I cannot begin to explain how many issues I have had with my property. I've had mould growing EVERYWHERE. In the kitchen cupboards, on my brand new carpets, EVERYWHERE. I reported this to customer service and they did absolute nothing. I had to email the CEO before they were willing to come take a look at it. They didn't connect the waste pipe on the bath correctly so water has been leaking through the roof. They broke the bath panel months ago when visiting the property and still haven't replaced it, meaning water is escaping under the bath and damaging the timber. There are dents in all the walls. The sealant looks like it has been done by a three year old. Half of the doors don't close, including the back door. Radiators are leaking. The issues are endless. They do not care about the quality of the homes or the experience of their customers. They just want your money and once they have it, you're on your own. I'd been warned about new builds but never in a million years did I expect it to be this bad. Their customer service is non-existent. My property is riddled with issues, many of them serious and dangerous, and it has been an impossible challenge to get them sorted. Don't be deceived during the sales process like I was. I hope these photos give an idea of what a real experience with Gleeson is like.

Gleason are rubbish,have visited several sites before and after construction. Crook ,Incompetent plumbing for waste ,leaking windows,3 years to complete roads for street The Middles,over priced,suspect environmental problem ,Dampness to foundations Consent ,too small even for small family,bad construction not everlasting Overall they are cowboys for the housing industryno stars
