        Our big extension project included installing 5 roof lights, hence we did extensive research on who to purchase from desiring quality at a reasonable price. It boiled down to Direct Rooflights and I must say I am extremely pleased with them on all levels. The quality of the rooflights is outstanding. The customer service was excellent (Sarah Wilkinson was amazing in her communication and advice). The delivery was on time and the delivery person was very friendly. Detailed drawings were provided for each roof light detailing all measurements required when fitting. Finally, to top all of this, the price was the cheapest I found after acquiring multiple quotes and even included the casing which wraps over the upstands, something companies charging more did not provide. Of course time will tell regarding their duration however, the build quality seems to be of a high standard. Totally pleased with our roof lights. If you're reading this and considering whether to go with Direct Rooflights, don't think twice, get your order in!
