Great experience for my first visit, friendly atmosphere and I had the best hair colour and cut. This will become my regular hairdresser. Claire was amazing and I strongly recommend, I was nervous finding a new hairdresser moving from London but I have definitely found a gem. Terri is lovely, very friendly and professional. Definitely knows what's she's doing. I had my hair done with a balayage, it looks so lovely and natural and was interesting to watch and she talked me through the technique she used when applying the toner. I have to add that my hair looks the best it's looked for years, the hair cut is amazing! And my hair is curling more so goes to show that you get what you pay for! 100% recommend going here

As a digital nomad who travels a lot, it can be challenging to find a great salon with availability (especially with the need for skin tests 2 days prior to any hair colouring). Coming across Sanctum was such a blessing, and meeting the very talented and knowledgeable Terri was even more so. Seeing the before photos was slightly upsetting because I got to see just how tired and awful my hair looked from behind. Terri was not only kind and really friendly, but the extent of her knowledge and the explanations she gave at the beginning and as she continued through the process were easy to understand, fascinating and not at all patronising like some salon stylists can be. The sinks where Terri and her team washes clients hair wasn't at all uncomfortable, in fact, with the reclining massage chair and sublime head massage Terri gives were just what I needed! With eco-friendly products, funky tiger print foils for highlighting my hair, and the bamboo cloths used, this is most definitely a salon worth every single penny. So looking forward to my next appointment with Terri - to one of the delicious cappuccinos she makes! THANK YOU SO MUCH TERRI! You are truly a hair magician!
