Amanda made our four tier wedding cake and it was a highlight of the day, Amanda is very professional to deal with and from design to the cake on the day everything was flawless. Not only did the cake look out of this world but it tasted amazing too with several guests saying it was the best cake they had ever had! Would highly recommend Amanda for any special occasion cakes

We could not have been more pleased with our gorgeous four storey wedding cake and the insanely realistic flower which Amanda made for us. It matched my bouquet so accurately that several people couldn't believe it wasn't real! In addition to looking wonderful the cake tasted SO good - and it was so generously sized that, in addition to having it in our evening buffet AND a barbecue we hosted the next day, we still got to take some home and enjoy it ourselves. Amanda was a pleasure to work with and her design was exactly what we wanted but couldn't put into words. I would recommend Amanda to absolutely anyone looking for a cake for any event at all. Amanda made our gorgeous 3 tier buttercream cake for our August wedding at Notley Abbey. We had Victoria sponge, chocolate and salted caramel and lemon almond and elderflower, all covered in Italian meringue buttercream - yum! All the flavours tasted amazing and all our cake was eaten by the end of the night with our guests commenting on how tasty it was! Amanda made some beautiful sugar flowers to match our wedding colours, we were so happy with the elegent design and Amanda's professionalism from the initial tasting to setting up the cake on the day. Thank you!
