Really professional run business with very helpful staff, lots of shrubs and trees always in stock. I have been using them for nearly 20 years!!

Most of the plants I have ordered from Plants UK have all been of good quality, the lady on the phone was helpful. I haven't spent a large amount of money but still 2000 this year. On the last order one of three trees, dropped all it's leaves once it had been planted. The other two trees were great, but the Robinia didn't look good. It was spindly and looked poor. I wasn't available when the order was delivered, otherwise I wouldn't have accepted it. I rang Plants UK to ask for advice and the manager told me, it was nothing to do with him and that we must have under or over watered it, which wasn't true. The other trees were fine and they were all given the same treatment, so why was one tree poor. I was very disappointed by the poor attitude and after sales approach. The tone of the manager was dismissive, rude and offhand. As it turned out the tree was fine and after a few weeks, it had new buds. If my request had been dealt with differently I would have continued to use this company but now knowing how this company operate,I will not order from them again.
