        No longer owned and run by Stovells and it sadly shows. I will no longer be going there under the new management due to the fact that he lied and shouted at me while trying to discuss the bill. When an owner has to keep saying that his lawyers told him that the customer is wrong, I just feel sad and walk away so long and thanks for all the fish..

        No longer owned by Stovells and it it shows in the new management. Very poor. Vouchers bought 5 months ago no longer valid and I was lied to about notices given even though they had not told me via the email address they had! Will not be going again until the new management moves on.

        Richard and his staff could not have been anymore hospitable! A quaint English pub with amazing food, couldnt recommend highly enough! Loved it!

        Pleasant, peaceful setting, friendly, efficient staff. Slight technical hitch with imaginative, tasty cuisine, nearly 100%! Kid-friendliness: Offered children a choice alongside 3 course set lunch menu.
