I purchased a property through Waterfords in Chobham. Darren was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From ensuring queries were followed up promptly to even measuring an area of the garden so that I could order some furniture! We used Waterfords in Chobham as we believed they held a good understanding of our local market and how to position our property. They did not over value our property looking to reduce the advertised price once we had signed a contract with them. The offer we accepted for our property was bang on the valuation provided. Darren, Lynn and the wider team are easy to work with..

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Waterfords, they managed to take away the stresses of moving and delivered on promises.
