Not even worth one star! DO NOT USE! I spent over 100 on 4 sets of pjs and its been nothing but a pain since. To say Im say Im disappointed is an understatement. The first order I made never arrived so I messaged and had to wait another week for the next lot to turn up. When the items did arrive I gave them to my friends for a 30th birthday present. One of the NAVY sets has stained my BRAND NEW cream sofa. I messaged the company with picture evidence only to be told theres nothing they can do. After chasing it up again, they said they would take them back and investigate with the supplier but it would take WEEKS to sort. On top of this they have shown no empathy or compassion, its like talking to a robot. All I want is my money back, or for my sofa to be cleaned! I work in customer service and Ive never heard anything like this in my life! Im not one to do this to small companies but the level of service I have received is unacceptable and I dont want anyone else to have to deal with this

Rubbish tried communicating with them via email and social media several times haven't returned a message on either. Been waiting over 2 weeks for a response. Quality and final finish are really poor avoid at all cost.

I bought some personalised Christmas baubles via Not On The High Street. They didnt arrive due to the postal strike. Although I tried to contact HoorayDays - they did not call back. However I tried again and they picked up the phone. From that moment onwards, I cannot say how amazingly helpful they were. They redid the baubles and within in hour I had picked them up so thank you so much as they were time sensitive gift and needed for the following day!

Order received too late even though I paid extra for delivery, they posted it later than they said they had dispatched it as I conveniently received a partial refund for one of the items 6 days after I had been told the items were sent. Poor customer service and told me I needed to pay to return the items!

Thank you again to Hayley and the team for saving my wedding! Last minute order of bridal robes were made for me within a week. I love them. Highly recommended, lovely people. Brilliant service
