This doctors used to be good, but of late you get the rudest receptionist. Doctors dont listen and dont have time to speak to you absolutely awful

Incredibly rude receptionist at West End branch, I asked for her name but she refused to. I just needed very little detail about my blood test but she refused and said I have to take appointment which has to be 2 months later.

This is by far the worst surgery ever. The head receptionist is rude and talks over you. The phone is on hold until at least 20 mins before you get through. My local doctor by name of Cartie refused to talk to me because i was abroad and i had lost some of my vision and advised by local doctor certain medications that werent right for me.But he absolutely refused to help. The head receptionist just wanted to argue..unproffessionap, uncompassionate and down right ignorant..
