I've used Ford Bentall as the accountants for my business since I started it seven years ago. Helen and Keith (and the rest of the team) have provided consistently excellent service. They're knowledgeable, efficient, and patient when answering my many questions! They are an integral part of my business, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very unpleasant and distressing experience using Ford Bentall. We hired this company to handle our tax affairs. A ball figure was agreed only for them to triple the amount mid contract within a year. We were given an unexpected hefty bill. All emails and calls were ignored. Most things are manually done resulting in us incurring charges for late filing as well. We have changed accountants since then but still dealing with the aftermath.
