        We held our Grandpa's 90th birthday here recently, (and also gran's wake a few months ago). The hall is clean and well maintained. Good facilities and plenty of space for family events.

        Visiting Chitterne on a double decker bus was a difference as the view from the top deck made for a pleasant journey.

        We asked people leaving the hall (locking up) if they could fill out dog s bottle as we were on an 8 mile walk. They declined, and the outside tap had its top removed, so you couldn't use it they pointed out a dog bowl with about a cm of dusty water in it. However, we carry mini pliers, so when they d gone, we used the tap!. Not very friendly really.
