Georges Cafe

About 30 years ago we used to visit this cafe, used to know it as chinese george - still going strong!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. It could be easy to walk past this place, as from the outside it would look like your bog standard bauge pg-tips kind of a cafe joint however the quality of the food should have giving this a try. Exceptional quality, quantity and bang-for-pound on each of the selections offered with a special nod to the succulent asian cuisine dishes cooked to order. Seriously, give this place your presence and be nice to the owners. They're pretty amazing.

One of those "not much to look at from the outside" places and small inside but 4 for a delicious breakfast - egg, 2 sausage, bacon, beans, two toast and a cup of tea - a great find, and just what we needed.

Just popped in by chance and was not expecting much from the look of it outside (out on for that matter) but was received with a lovely warm welcome from the family who own run the place the service was perfect and the food was spot on. Very happy I ventured in.
