Phenomenal. The team have managed to get on top of my 20yr occupational back pain. It has made me younger fitter and happier. This is after having seen numerous other clinicians over the years. They managed my acute situation, but critically provided a maintenance programme to keep me stable. Thank You

I came for a massage, having been owed a massage as previous massage at this clinic was poor and by an unqualified therapist. I was given a free massage as compensation. I had to travel to Chiswick branch as they couldn't offer me much in my area. I saw Daniela Cherneva. Her initial manner was matter of fact, not particularly friendly nor approachable. She asked if I had an issues(no paperwork was done, no assessment). I told her I was fine, some basic niggles and a spiral. She became prickly and questioning about spirals. She didn't know what they were and seemed to doubt their existence. I am an exercise trainer with 24yrs so come with a lot of knowledge. At some point I mentioned I was a massage student and that whilst she massaged me to give me pointers to help me with my forth coming exams, she became more prickly, said she wasn't there to teach and we landed having an argument which culminated with her shouting, swearing at me several times, refused to massage me and said would give me a refund and I sat waiting for the refund...turned out that they couldn't process the refund as they have a certain protocol. I am still waiting for this refund and this has become an ongoing issue. What has become evident is this clinic doesn't seem to be focused on quality control of their therapists as they do not seem to be well studied but most importantly their customer services is shocking as they have been extremely poor in handling this situation.

I have been a regular client of Clinic4sport for more years than I care to remember or admit! I usually see Samia on a rolling monthly maintenance programme. On the occasions when I need urgent treatment and Samia is not available I will see Daniella, who I have also known for many years. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Daniella. She is extremely professional, solicitous and totally thorough in her diagnosis and treatment which she carries out with a delightful cheeky humour. As for the venue, Roko, I personally prefer either The Lensbury or Duke's Meadows. But wherever you get treated you'll be in super safe hands.

Daniella provided an excellent service knew what was required to address my injury so much so therapy worked and within 24 hours could get back to my exercise route thank you
