        Appalling customer service! We tried to book our childs birthday party with the little gym Chiswick but they were so unresponsive that despite trying to confirm the date for 3 days (multiple emails, chase emails and calls) they said they had already given the slot to someone else. They were quite unapologetic and offered nothing to try and rectify the situation. After this terrible service and lack of communication for days at a time I would NOT trust them with booking / organising / running future birthday parties.
