I used to have panic attacks the night before sitting my exams, and occasionally even during. I knew I was capable of producing good results, but I kept letting my exam anxiety get the best of me. In just a couple of sessions, I was able to get to the root of the problem and tackle it head on. I can now say, with confidence, that I am a great deal more relaxed and comfortable with exams. In fact, I have surprisingly found myself looking forward to an exam or two something I never thought Id say!

I would highly recommend Louise. I found that the work we did together was incredibly effective. I felt very safe because Louise has an ease and professionalism about her that makes you feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. To come away feeling lighter was my objective and I achieved all that and more from our sessions.

Working with Louise has been both an uplifting and powerful experience for us, which has enabled our relationship to heal and develop in such a positive way. We both learnt a lot about cutting emotional ties from the past that were somewhat hindering our perceptions, focussing instead on the present and the way we communicate with each other. We left each session feeling energised and uplifted and more importantly we found the advice Louise gave us very easy to put in to practice which in turn has put us back on the right track again.
