The service of doctors and receptionists is by miles not what it used to be. If you heard recommendations- they date probably some years back. If you are thinking of switching to this GP - dont do it. Go anywhere else.

If you have a chronic condition that needs managing, I would go elsewhere. The receptionists are friendly and try to do their best. Doctors are good but you hardly ever get to see the same one twice and appointments are very hard to get. This is fine if you occasionally need a doctor for some antibiotics but not if you have complex conditions that need managing.
