Firezza Pizza - Chiswick

Absolutely dreadful, used to do great pizza now it comes under cooked soggy and tasteless. Worst pizza place in the area now. Never answer the phone when trying to call to get it sorted. Total disgrace should be closed down.

Terrible service! They can't keep up with the orders. Delivery will take about one hour and pizzas always arrive cold even if you are local. All they do is coming up with excuses when you call. Order pizza somewhere else!

Takes a lot for me to bother leaving a negative review, the standard has gone downhill so much over the past few years Ive changed my 5 stars to 1 after many many issues. Most recently a 90 min wait for food, ice cold pizza, missing items and no contact after a week of emails, their head office number on the website also doesnt connect. Shame as I used to love the brand

His has just gone down and down and down. Its always wildly late. They call to tell me they are out of ingredients often. And the quality of the pizza has declined over the past year. They are clearly trying to save money with lower quality ingredients. Im not ordering from the again. Good, long-standing customer now gone
