Online Pregnancy Pilates class that suppose to be an hour long, only really last 30 minutes. The rest of the time, it is all about chat from the teacher. When question raised about the timing, I was "politely" advised to find another class more suitable for me. So if you are after exercises I wouldn't recommend this class.

Pilates with Lysta @ studio 17 has made a huge difference to me. I have an ongoing back issue for over 20 years, but over the last few months of intense sessions I am now able to sit for several hours without pain -the first time in over 20 years! I would so recommend Lysta for her dedication, enthusiasm and knowledge. It really has changed my life - now being able to move with more confidence and without pain stopping my daily activities. 5*

Ive been going to Lystas classes for over 10 years and I really missed them during lockdown. Ive recently returned to them after major surgery and her help with rehabilitation both physically and mentally has been invaluable. She is highly skilled at tailoring the classes to each individuals needs so that others arent held back by my limitations, and she has an incredible memory for everyones various health issues and progress so that nobody ever has to remind her of anything. Lystas instruction is the best investment in my well-being that Ive ever made.
