I found Tyler at Loving Life Co through my Hammersmith gym, and from the first few minutes of my first session I knew I was in good hands. He has that rare combination of an open, encouraging manner with a laser-sharp analysis of the problem and effective techniques to solve it at his fingertips. After a couple of treatments my seemingly intractable leg and hip stiffness and pain had vanished. I went back later with a shoulder issue, and in one treatment the knots dissolved and full, pain-free mobility was restored.
If that were all Tyler had to offer it would be plenty, but he is also most conscientious in giving practical advice on how to avoid further problems. I particularly recommend his foam roller video, and his remedial exercise prescriptions are spot on.
Of course, the patient has a responsibility to do the work, which takes a little time and effort, but it is a good investment and really pays dividends. Periodic tune-ups with Tyler are also a good prophylactic.
I would encourage anyone with sports-related problems to consult Tyler for rapid results.
