I cannot acknowledge Issam enough for the effort, creativity and integrity that he brought to my search. Nothing was too much trouble, he listened to what I was looking for and I felt he was genuinely doing his utmost to help. Issam is a credit to Fletchers as well as the much maligned profession of estate agents in general. Thank you Issam!

I was only selling a property, not buying. It turned into a rather tortuous process due to a number of problems that arose. Throughout it the Fletchers team were very supportive, stayed on top of all the developments, and kept me informed. I found each of the personnel that I dealt with friendly and professional, and I would say they went beyond their duties to help me. I have some criticisms, which may have been more like bad luck, but I need to state. The first was that the solicitors that they recommended let me down, at least in the early months. Then, I was told that the end of the process was close to completion, when in the end it was another six months away. These are minor issues, but sadly they caused me unnecessary problems, so I can't give the four stars that they probably deserve. I chose Fletchers over some strong competition on Chiswick High Road. I am sure I made the right decision.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end with the sale of my flat and can't recommend Fletchers high enough. Having had a very different experience in the past with an agent that was very keen until they were instructed, made me value their service even more so. I received an honest and realistic valuation, really quick turn around, a good amount of viewings which resulted in a good offer. The other side solicitor made the process pretty challenging but Issam went above and beyond to ensure the sale would go through according to agreed timelines. He proactively kept me up to date and stayed on top of solicitors and management company with a solution orientated mindset and can do attitude. He even provided me recommendations for my onwards purchase which was with other agency. I would instruct Fletchers again any time, and have since recommended them to several friends.

Phie and James were extremely helpful throughout the process of my purchase. Being a first time buyer, they guided me through the process from start to finish with excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble and I always knew what to expect next. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend the team to anyone.

Issam from Fletchers recently helped me when I was buying a house in Chiswick. He was very helpful all the way through the process and understanding when I had a few concerns along the way. Issam went out of his way to assist with questions and was very patient and supportive during what is inevitably a bit of a stressful time. I would definitely recommend Fletcher's based on my experience.
