    We were at the 4D screening today for the second time. We really liked to see the baby from all sides. The sonographer is very friendly and nice, explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. The medical office is cozy and comfortable. It is located in the sports center. One of the disadvantages is a small waiting room. But this does not affect the service. The session started exactly at the appointed time. We will definitely come back here again and will recommend this service to our friends.

    I was so disappointed with my experience from start to finish. The clinic in Chiswick was very poorly sign posted. We arrived 10 mins early and saw a sign on the entrance door saying please .or text this number to be let in. We did both - no answer and repeated calls straight to answer phone. We then went to the main healthcare entrance to ask for help but no-one knew where we should be. I then Google the website to get a mainline number and then spoke to a lady who directed us via phone through the building and she explained the signage on the front door was form COVID and should have been removed... That was years ago! We then found the room and it was dingy, squashed and foldable metal chairs were there for us to sit on. A lady came out who had walked past us earlier and ignored us trying to get into the building greeted us. The first thing she said was 'hi, you owe us 45 for the reminder of the cost of the scan'. A deflating experience for such an exciting moment (our first scan and first baby!). Once payment was made we were ushered into a cramped room where the main screen was not working so we had to work off the sonogram's screen positioned behind my head. There was no general chit chat, no questions, no explanations and then we were out 5 minutes later. I would not recommend this place at all!

    I had a scan here back in 2021 and never complained at the time however when I think back to this experience, it still leaves me quite upset, which has prompted me to leave a review. The lady was clearly an experienced Sonographer but I found her to be very cold and quite curt. I arrived with a full bladder as advised to do on the confirmation email received, however I was told off for being so full. I still remember the lady practically scolding me and asking why I had drunk so much when I didnt need to for a scan past 12 weeks. When the scan started and I saw my baby, I excitedly said to my husband Oh wow its in a different position to when we last saw! (This was my first pregnancy, I had only had one scan previously and seen the baby in one position so naturally I was excited). The sonographer quite rudely replied Its a baby, they move, they dont just stay still. Very uncalled for and unnecessary. We booked a 16 week gender reveal scan and when revealing the gender to us there was no congratulations or enthusiasm at all- just a curt Its a boy. I was then quickly shown my baby in 4D, told to dress and then ushered out. Honestly, I had much better experiences with all my scans on the NHS- gentle, kind and reassuring staff. Especially considering you pay for these private scans, service like this is appalling. I definitely wont be returning here if I need a scan in the future and I urge people to read the reviews before booking at this branch. We left feeling so upset, the only thing that made the experience somewhat worth it was the beautiful images we received of our baby. I still remember that awful feeling to this day, over a year later.

    Thats is only for pregnancy women's dont waste your money if you feel pain anywhere .Straight go to emergency make proper scan x-ray cause with that doctor can't see anything.
