We were enormously impressed with Carpetnwood, who provided much better service than John Lewis who we had used for our carpets previously. They were very quick to fit the carpet after ordering it, very helpful in the shop, and their fitting team were polite and efficient. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

We have used Carpetnwood twice now to refloor our flat and returned because they had been so good the first time. Adam is very knowledgeable and has great tips and advice for making choices. Communication before, during and after the job is excellent and the price was the best we could find. I cannot recommend these tradespeople enough and I would have no question returning again in the future. Thank you Adam and co.

Great experience with Carpetnwood. They provided the carpet as they said they would and all on time. Had an issue with a stain which seemed to have come from our radiator and Adam provided us with carpet cleaner for free and gave us good advice on getting the stain out. Very pleased. Would use again.

Over several years, Carpet and Wood has supplied carpet and wood flooring to me and installed it. I have always been extremely pleased by the quality of the products, the skill of the installers, the excellent prices/costs and the efficient, helpful and informative customer service.
