I had an excellent experience with Laura Suliman from Hampton's Chiswick. From start to finish, Laura established my family's needs from the beginning and was professional throughout. I spoke to Laura at length what we needed and she helped us to view right property with efficiency. Thankfully it was the right one! The process was made easier with Laura keeping us updated at every point. She was clear about what we needed to do and made sure we, as tenants, understood what was expected of us. Any concerns of ours were dealt with promptly and Laura would come back to us with reassurance (given it was just before Xmas!). Laura was kind, patient, knowledgable and professional throughout. Sometimes with agents, it can feel like they are robots and self-gratifying. Laura was an absolute breath of fresh air and was an absolute delight to work with.

Excellent service from the Chiswick office. From the first viewing to the completion they were were helpful and on the ball, especially the agent dealing with my purchase, Laylee Bina. Laylee negotiated a good deal for me and kept me regularly updated with the progress. We used Hamptons for our house sale and were looked after by Justin Holder and his team; Emily Halpenny, Laylee Bina, and Justin (Negotiator) and Priscilla Paul. We were inundated as soon as we instructed Hamptons by competing and local Estate Agents. However, there was a clear distinction and that is the team at Hamptons. Justin Holder is honest, professional and advised on realistic financial and time based options available to us. As soon as we made the call to go ahead, Justin immediately set the wheels in motion and within less than 2 weeks we had a sale agreed. Justins team managed the entire process and liaised with all parties to ensure a speedy exchange and completion in record time, we had moved in to our new home 6 weeks later, and thats with porting over a mortgage. The team were always available to talk. We are delighted and most thankful with the end outcome.
