Express Stop Food & Wine

Just came in to drop off an Evri return and the gentleman was fast, friendly, helpful and polite. I was a bit apprehensive about the previous reviews but it certainly wasn't my experience here.

I went for an Amazon return but they just refused my package because is too big and honestly I don't know what is the meaning of that. If you offer collection you take the package. Simple. I've tried to ask for a favour because I was with a rented car taken specifically to carry the package but nothing change. They should probably stop offering this service.

Unreliable drop off point for Evri. They do not comply to the rules. The staff was also very rude and dismissive.

I would give them 0 he is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been going to the express food and wine to use evri service. My daughter went to the store and he screamed at her and when I went to speak to him he did not apologise and instead he raised his voice and he was saying if you are not happy dont come to my shop, he is really nasty and rude.
