I was going to explain how poor the service and the quality of food is in this brunch, only to find out I have been beaten to it by many others who have had the same experience at the Chiswick High Road brunch. From unfriendly to darn rude stuff who dont seem to care a bit about their customers or their lack of quality of their chickn. Horrible food, dirty looking store that comes with a dont care attitude displyed by the staff. I tried this brunch twice in a year and saw the same thing and decided never to go to this place ever again. So, best to stay away from these people and brunch completely as this particular branch is a total disgrace and a disservice to the KFC brand.
