They cancelled 1 hr before my appointment, I was understanding and rescheduled for another time. Today- my nanny couldn't come, and I asked to reschedule with 3 hrs notice. They said it was impossible and plan to charge me for cancellation since I booked on treatwell and it was less than 24 hrs. I never leave bad reviews, but this deeply bothered me. The person who spoke on the phone, was impatient and patronising (as to why this was their problem). All I ask is the money goes to the Angolan lady who does the actual work in that place (everytime I came in, she was the only one I saw, kind and super flexible). I had a facial and manicure. The manicure turned out really nice and the facial was relaxing.

Precious was amazing, such a calm and serene person. Whilst my mask was drying she even gave me a neck and head massage. My body felt so relieved and light. I went for a deep cleansing facial, my skin is glowing. Would definitely recommend it, I had a wonderful experience. They take their time with your skin, I did not feel rushed at all. I had to be told from the beginning that the treatment body contouring is not done during the period time, I have been to the salon twice before and I have never been told. After traveling for an hour to get to the appointment, I was told that the treatment could not be done if I have my period. She mentioned that this is usually told at the first meeting, but she forgot to tell me. This should also be mentioned by email so that we know how to manage our time.
