Tina did a wonderful job in designing and managing the complete refurbishment of my flat. As I was living overseas, she managed every stage of the project, from planning permission to instructing builders to choosing and ordering fittings etc, through challenging circumstances due to covid. She was cheerful, helpful and patient throughout. The end result is fantastic and I am delighted with my flat. Thank you, Tina.

We hired Tina to submit an application for an extension after we ourselves had submitted a pre-application. Even though we were clear we wanted the proper application Tina recommended another pre-application. We spent in total 3500 for the PRE-application and it was rejected while we did have a positive outcome from the first pre-application. Tina did not even call us on the day of the rejection and did not even consider challenging the council for two different outcomes on the same project. We did that ourselves. All this took a whole year. Tina and her office are very quick in sending invoices and ensuring they get paid but when it comes to her replying to emails or delivering the product she is paid for she is very slow. Even when we had agreed on the plans it took a whole month to submit her pre-application (we have all our email correspondence as a proof)! Very disrespectful behavior, we wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Tina, Eniola and the team were absolutely fantastic for our full house refurbishment, which included drawings and the submission for planning permission. They understood our brief, were pragmatic to our demands and budget, plus often took the initiative and came up with suggestions we hadn't thought of. Moreover, we worked together during the pandemic and they remained professional throughout, despite all of the challenges. Would highly recommend Formed Architects.
