Access Cars

I wanted to write a review here to say what a great experience I had booking a car today with Salim at Access Cars. Im in the USA and have been booking cars for my Dad in Chislehurst for Hospital visits. Salim was so helpful today, and it was a very different experience to what Ive experienced before. Previously when I had booked, the person I spoke to was very dismissive and made me feel I was lucky that he had been able to take the booking. What a difference today - well done Salim!

Bad service. Charged more than the initial price they gave me. Made a big deal about paying cash when I said I can only pay card. Bumped the price up mid journey

First time using Access Cars and very pleased with the service. Pre booked a car from chislehurst to swanley and the quote was half the price of pre-book Uber. Received a confirmation text, then a text when the driver had been dispatched and a text when hed arrived. Driver was on time, drove well and was polite and friendly. Would use this company again.

Used for the first time couple weeks back and the service was spot on. Arrived on time and reasonably priced.

I have been picked up by the Chislehurst Station to drop off High Street Chislehurst the fare only 7-00 prior to call this company I have Uber app also try to book car the fare showing over 25-00 just for less then a mile the Uber charge is ripping off. The local firm is Access Cars providing an excellent and amazing service to our local people
