I don't usually go out of my way to write positive reviews but David Dyer Saddles really deserve one. What a superb shop! First of all excellent customer service - very, very helpful staff who really care. My product initially turned out to be out of stock (which they refunded) but next day they had a delivery of saddles which unexpectedly included the item I needed, then called me to ask if I still needed it. Which I did! And they were very helpful & quick to respond as well with my questions about the product itself. What a great shopping experience. I wish all online shops had customer service like this. Other than this there is extremely wide palette of choice and quick delivery. I don't think there is a saddlery with so much choice, especially when it comes to brands such as Prestige or Erreplus. Oh and a pack of polo's for your pony as well. Will definitely shop here again!
