The food and service were five star - cant recommend this place enough for a really enjoyable family meal! look forward to returning soon.

I have had Sunday roast here before and it was very good around 8 months ago . Our visit on Sunday was disappointing. The waiter took our drinks and food order. The food arrived instantly . We asked for our drinks a further two times and were told the bar was very busy atm . Our beef was very over cooked and fatty . One of us only had two small slices . We complained and were brought over 3 further slices on a dish Which were from a fresh batch . The vegetables , hmmm a tea spoon of cabbage half a carrot slice. A splash of parsnip pure and 2 very small roast potatoes ? The Yorkshire was good though . For the price . Very underwhelming in portion sizes . We left feeling hungry still .

Ive been using the Bickley regularly for over 5 years. It has gone downhill as a pub over the last year. The cask ale is rarely on and when it is it isnt looked after properly. The management are nowhere to be seen, and some of the staff have attitude.
