I remember walking into the shop when it was located in the High Street during COVID. I asked if they had a mask I could buy as I had to rush up to London, I was told they couldnt assist & was totally dismissed. I work in construction, so worked throughout. We were in the midst of completing a 76 story tower in Canary Wharf. We had to cut down to 200 site staff a day all requiring PPE. Such a shame they didnt give me more time, a very good opportunity missed.

Do not use! Very rude staff and the place is dodgy as f- we werent provided a reference number when booking day 2 test which we needed for our passenger locator forms, use another company who will give you ref number as it can cause problems if you dont have this!

Booked a Antigen test online on Sunday for Monday morning. Called up Monday morning before my appointment to be told that I would need a PCR test (fit to fly). I asked the guy whether my results would be available my Wednesday morning & he assured me that it definitely would. So I proceeded to book one for myself & my daughter at 99pp. Turned up at just before app time, the 2 ladies proceeded to take my daughters swab. Then asked me when are you flying?. I told her Wednesday 7am. She then turned to tell me that the results would not be back by then & that if I wanted them by Tuesday afternoon (latest), I would need to pay a further 192. So obviously I was put on the spot & full on panic. I paid the extra 192, totalling 195pp. Here we are on Tuesday at 18.05pm & still no results. I called them earlier & the same lady told me your results will definitely be sent to you by midnight. I asked her, if they arent, who do I contact?. She just said to me they will be sent to you by then. I have never felt so stressed before in my life. I know its a tough time at the moment & travelling during this pandemic is at your own risk with all the paperwork & tests etc. But seriously, if people are willing to pay for the service from this company. The least they can do is follow through with the service. I dont think its much to ask.
