Just had my boiler installed by BOXT and the engineer was superb. My boiler was delivered together with all the parts before Michael started the job at 930 he rang me beforehand to say he was on his way. Michael Arrived bang on 930 to start the Job. Michael Waring was the engineer who disposed of my old boiler and installed my new Worcester Bosch boiler. I was worried about the existing flue damaging my rendering on the outside, however Michael was extremely careful and removed and installed the new one with ease making a perfect cut. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns and waited around after the install to make sure my radiators all heated up and I was happy with the job. After he left he rang me an hour later to check everything was ok. Highly recommend Michael to do anyones job. Very professional and excellent work. My experience of BOXT is a good one, ordered Friday, installed Tuesday, great service and very professional. Emails received throughout the whole process and I recommend BOXT very highly.
