Really recommend if youre a beginner! I contacted Michelle directly and she was honestly so lovely and helpful. I felt really comfortable speaking to her and she was completely open to me temporarily taking a few lessons to see whether I wanted to continue or not. I could instantly tell the classes would be a great environment to be in!

Ive been doing Pilates with Michelle for five years, and Im not sure I could survive without it now! She is a brilliant, friendly and fun teacher who pushes the class just the right amount, and I really feel the difference if I havent attended a session for a week or two for any reason. I think Pilates is one of the best things anyone can do for their body, and Pilates Body Lab is highly recommended.

I have been coming to Michelle's classes for a few years, and I have really noticed my strength and posture have improved. Because the classes are small, Michelle tailors the exercises not just to the level of the group, but also to each person, if needed. The classes are very friendly and relaxed - if that's something you can say when you're really exercising quite strenuously, at times! I would definitely recommend these classes.

I have been attending Michelles classes for over a year now and I can see and feel the difference in my body. I used to suffer with bad lower back pain everyday and while I still get niggles some days it is 100% better, with most days being pain free! Michelle has an effortless style and ensures that exercises are suitable to all participants, always providing opportunities to take the exercise further if you want. I would highly recommend Michelles classes to anyone interested in Pilates.

I signed up with Michelle around 4 years ago to help strengthen my core, especially my lower back. Before attending these sessions I found getting out of a car difficult and couldnt pick anything up of the floor but that has certainly changed. Michelle knew my problems and helped me- and encouraged me- to strengthen my core muscles. Michelle delivers her sessions with great knowledge and precision coupled with a lovely sense of humour.
