Extremely Unhelpful rude staff who cannot apologise for the mistake they make. They have given my 3 year old son a wrong antibiotic. They should have checked it. When I called them, they blamed me and eventually hanged up on me. Disgraceful. Cannot even own their own mistakes!!!

Very rude, poor customer's service skills, lack of understanding and respect for foreign names and culture. After I asked an old blonde lady with glasses to call me how I prefer to be called,she refused to do it and after I turned around, she kept laughing and mocking at me (and my name) with her colleagues. Totally unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely the worst chemist in Chislehurst. Prescriptions are never ready even though they are meant to be electronic. Staff rude and unhelpful and an unpleasant atmosphere. Also, witnessed two members of staff talking about a customer that had just left the shop (and not in a good way). Utter disgrace and very unprofessional.
