Change of ownership and told me I had to re-request my prescription.

Long queues, poor or no stock of medications & the height is - when you wait for 15 mins, all you hear is "we have a system glitch, so we can't download your prescription, even though we can see your name!!". So you have to now go back to the GP/ surgery and request them to cancel current prescription & issue a new one to another pharmacy.. in all that, we lost a day's medication dose for my son - such a poor service.

Worst chemist going very inefficient be ready to wait 45 minutes or longer for your prescription as they can't be bothered to prepare it ready for you to pick up they wait until you come in and ask for it to do it and you are not acknowledged by the staff if you are in the queue your invisible biggest mistake they made was not closing this one and keeping the mottingham one open
