        My first experience here and whilst my nails came out ok, the customer experience is non existent. Incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. No welcome, didnt even ask my name.Getting your nails done is meant to be a treat, for me its a form of self care to make me feel better, here it felt like my very presence was insulting. Its a lovely interior in an affluent area, its a shame theyre destroying a great business set up with a bad attitude to customers. Cash only as well which is a huge red flag. Service: Acrylic nails
