Lets start with that, Im not the easiest costumer (I have high expectations and Im always short of time) Emma and the team are just amazing They are professional also really friendly. Always accommodate my bookings- even when I have to change time or service.( and my nails can last over 3 weeks without chipping- if have too) Highly recommend them, they are all amazing! I will only have builder gel on my nails (BIAB) and after several weeks of searching online, I finally found Gloss in Chiselhurst and thank the heavens I did. I had my first mani/pedi 6 weeks ago and it has been a personal joy to go back and see Emma every 2 weeks. I go every fortnight because I love it, but my mani would last a lot longer if I wanted! My pedi has lasted the whole six weeks and my feet still look and feel great. I pick my nails and cuticles and I will find the slightest inconsistency. If my mani is not perfect, I will find it and pick away until I have lifted the polish off - a nightmare I know! I've not picked a single nail since going to Gloss, which I have to admit is a minor miracle but it is simply because Emna is so good, she is a perfectionist! My only complaint is she's too quick - I always want to stay a little longer because I enjoy the experience so much. If you have not been to Gloss, go. Go now. You won't regret it. The team at Gloss are great! Very attentive and super nice to talk to. I would highly recommend this place. Its too bad that they dont have more nail technicians that can do acrylics because that would make me a regular!
