        I had gel manicure done and sides of nails were not covered with top coat. Hence, on 3rd day gel started peeling off from sides. I called salon and asked what they can do in this situation. As I go on holiday in 1,5 days and have small kids I cant come to salon in such short time. And asked if I can come after my holiday which reasonable timeframe. Salon refused this and said either come in before holiday or we can give you 10 of next manicure. This offer is not in line with UK consumer rights law. I dont recommend this salon as they are not willing to fix their errors after service provision in reasonable time. It was really upsetting that paying 31 was wasted and my nails ruined just before holiday
