We bought a property via ADM (selling our own via another agent) and based on the experience I would strongly recommend the team and especially Kerry, who really went the extra mile during a tricky process. She put a lot of hours in constantly chasing up questions and progress from all parties, and got us over the line when at times it felt like things were looking rocky!
